Skip, Pause or Cancel?

These controls are not interchangeable. Know what each one actually does.

Skip normally suppresses one shipment. Pause may delay several shipments but preserve the membership. Cancel should end future renewals, though locked or prepaid orders can remain.

Never assume the labels are interchangeable

Read the confirmation language and verify the next billing date disappears. A paused account is usually still an active subscription.
